My STB went wrong at about 12 midnight on saturday, froze and wouldnt boot, had an ERR1 message. As they werent open on Sunday phoned at 9am this morning, was expecting them to say theyd send someone tomorrow, to be told that, someone would be around between 12-4 today.

At approx 1:30pm, someone turned up to replace my box...

I couldnt find my PID/PASSWORD phoned tech support, 3 rings later i was through, and they gave me my info.

Really impressed with their Service here in portsmouth, always come out when they say the will.
