At the moment ntl could creat a new job where someone just drives around fixing the doors as its so commen.
Do bt have these boxes , if so how many of these are open compared to ntl , perhapes ntl could could ask bt where there going wrong in there box design.

A good idea that would cost a lot of money that NTL doesn't have
Like most companies NTL are in a position where equipment will probably only be replaced when it completely fails. Now if they were to find a way of stopping people trying to force cabs open they might last a bit longer lol
