I would just like to say that this is the
only time I have
ever had any problems with Amazon.
Most of these problems have been caused by their choice of delivery agent, if they had sorted the delivery to start with none of this would ever have happened.
I'm just perplexed that one small problem has rapidly turned into a complete mess
