Free if you accept the (rather unobtrusive) adverts. I paid to get junk filtering, which works pretty well.
Which reminds me, I thought NTL were filtering this cr@p now - can't say I've noticed much of a reduction in the blatant spam, never mind anything else.
On the whole, however, wouldn't touch Outlook (any version) with <any length> bargepole, considering how lame it is, and how it's wide open to every virus/backdoor/adware/hack going.
