OK, plumped for plantronics in the end. Needed phones with a mic. ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£20 and make a big difference on calls - and of course I'm now hands free so can type even more bilge on CF while being bored by clients!

PS. If anyone's thinking of going VOIP I wouldn't bother with the phone. Just buy a set of miked headphones which are cheaper and better, then download the skype software. Plantronics are giving away 120 mins of Skye landline calls with their kit at the mo too!
