Excellent point. I think the moral majority would win though, and probably the moral majority want cheap fags and booze.
Interesting thing, our attittude to porno. You can be 16 to have sex, but to watch it, you have to be 18. So for 2 years you have to have sex with your eyes closed. No doubt the omnipresent government would be on hand to supervise and making sure the youth aren't being corruptted by seeing each other's genitals aged 17.
