FIXED it, yeha...!!!!!!!
It was
www.dyndns.com, they kept mucking up my IP, changed to
www.NO-IP.com and all now cool. Used Virtual Servers optoin on Router and port 8080 and 8081 as have two cameras. Only thing I did have to do to get it to work from work PC was to add an entry into HOSTS as well.
