hi im having trouble detecting whether or not my connection has been upgraded to 3Mb, NTL said that my the end of May it would be upgraded, i think it has been, but i seem to be unable get my peak downloads and upstreams, is there any way of knowing or am i being dumb? lol if u could email me back (
