As to ease of upgrade all PCs upgradability will depend on the person doing the upgrade and the size of case. If it's a standard tower case there is no real reason why they should be hard to upgrade. Small cases are a PITA to be honest though lol
It was a design your own one. Pretty much standard spec apart from wireless keyboard and mouse.
Sounds like Dell are once again suffering from the success of their advertising and offers. It's a shame though as I have yet to have a problem with this laptop or my sisters' desktop that was anything to do with hardware
