Many more reasons than that.
Some are bullied into crime.
Some like the challenge of seeing if they can get away with it.
Some because they think the law is wrong.
Some because it is less stressful being inside than having the stress of everyday life.
The list goes on but only one thing is certain. There will always be crime.
