I just thought that if I phoned in to cmr relations asking why I had been downgraded it would have been failry obvious if a direct debit had stopped - and surely the guy would have told me that was the reason I had been "downgraded" - instead he told me it was 'an error'
As for the bank - it seems that no DD is now currently live - thought the last payment, listed for that direct debit, is showing as 05 June 05 which I thought was odd also
