Re: garden fork through cable..

I would expect any company running cables or pipes through a garden area to bury them at such a depth or provide protection for them so that normal gardening work wouldn't be a problem. If the companies installers have been too lazy to do the work properly then the company, not the customer, should be expected to pay for any necessary remedial work.
