Hi Paul,
I worked at Daleside until last October when all the re-organisation happened and redundancy kicked in!. What's left at Daleside (at the moment!)

is Routing, Online (rep support and order provision) Accounts and Telesales. There may be some other bits and bobs there but the main operations are as listed.

P.s No I don't miss being there! But I heard they have spent lots doing it up and stuff.
