as a decent citizen i would assume either A - they are trying to conceal their identity , B - pretending to be pseudo brothers of the coloured variety ( i aint going to fall into the trap of calling them niggers
) , or C - suffering from a very bad cold and need to wrap up warm , personally i would go with A followed by B then maybe C , come on then , someone beat me up over this one
