Just to update you all.

Phoned Call centre on monday. Engineer came out on tuesday Replaced STB and also said that whoever installed the STB 2 weeks ago did not complete the call and inform the call centre so the box could be registered on the system. All working now no issues.

Do not fully understand what was supposed to happen but it now works.
