New to forum, Have got pace box, not sure of model, Only upgraded from analog to Digital 2 weeks ago, Had analogue for years with no problems. Have now lost all basic package on digital. Phoned 3 times, different people, Have resent data to card, resent software to box, but not solved problem. Have powered down, wiped card, and still get the message UNSUBSCIBED CHANNEL, when i want to watch Chanel 5, Sky one ETC. Picture freezes and i have had to reset box, sound went off approx every 10 seconds. Please help
