Having said that uninstalling AVG stops it happening, I uninstalled again last night....and it's restarting again. Very confused now!!

This shouldn't be the case as it does it even when the wireless card has been removed, but I'll check it out later anyway. I seem to remember checking this last year when it first started and disabling WOL then, but I'll make sure this evening!
