On NTL, BitTorrent stuff seems to run poorly down to the tiny upload speed we get for the level of service and when you max out the upload, the download dies because the ACK packets cant get thru. If you are downloading Linux ISOs, why not get them over HTTP/FTP using the mirror sites of the particular distro or searching
