www.photobucket.com are a good host host your pictures there, then get the first url in the boxes underneath, and where you write your posts, then click the img tag to insert the image and enter the url
copy and paste works best.
EDIT: Also you have no case fan, personally I would install one to help the cooling of the case a bit.
