The specs of the card are;
- 500MHz GPU Clock Speed
- 256MB 1000MHz GDDR3
- 16 pixel pipelines
- 6 Vertex shader pipelines
PCI Express still certain this is identical to the sapphire, it's made by Foxconn who make no reference to the product themselves but they are a major OEM partner to ATI manufacturing for Dell / HP / Compaq so I wouldn't be suprised if they also manufacturer for Sapphire and Sapphire put a sticker on it and then put it in a pretty box!
