Done that, should be here next week. Not normally a problem, just that I am off work recovering from an operation and bending down to change channels is the last thing I feel like doing!!
Why do these things always happen at the wrong time??
Also not convinced it is the remote. I also have a spare Jerrold remote which I have tried with new batteries and doesn't work either.
