I'm fairly sure you can't get a static IP even on NTL Business. I've heard people complaining about that before.

But even so, I'm not sure why you need a static IP to connnect from when you use your corporate VPN solution. Ours doesn't, and it has been specifically tested and proven to work on a domestic NTL connection.
