Sorted it. Installed the trial version - noticed it had dts support, clj deluxe version only had dolby support, but normal deluxe supports both.

I wasn't using the SPDIF passthrough, wanted to use the built-in decoder, as i wanted to use Dolby Headphone with the DTS tracks (sounds better than the dolby always )
