If the people debating on this thread here, were on the panel that had a gay couple in front of them applying for adoption, where exactly are we up to in this. It appears that it is stalemate. So how do these things work in reality ? does someone have a casting vote or do they debate/argue for weeks.
Btw, its been very interesting reading all these posts and it makes one think.
