Hi, I'm also in Leicester on 750k, just came back from 2 weeks holiday anticipating new upgraded speeds, disappointed when nothing had happened. Tried tier migration on line & got error message saying 'unable to upgrade at this time etc., phone 0800 etc.' So phoned the no. - option 2, lady at other end confirmed that upgrade wouldn't be a problem, confirmed cost still £24.99. She put it through, asked me to turn off modem, PCs etc. for an hour. Just switched back on & SUCCESS! now on 2Mb
. Can't fault her service, just hope no cock-ups with billing etc. - let's be optimistic.
