i've had luck too !
i've called ntl today to cancel all my services..... they have offered me quite a substantial credit to my broadband account if i stay with them and said i would get a call back by their senior technican tonight to talk it through.....
i've still cancelled my t.v and phone service and i'm moving to sky and bt but if they can sort my internet tonight then i might hang around for a little while longer.
it's just soooooo bloody frustrating !!!!!
