The government say don't panic buy, as supplies won't be interrupted even slightly. In which case, you may as well panic buy anyway just in case they are lying, because if they are NOT lying, then panic buying won't do any harm, since supplies won't be interrupted and will remain plentiful!
That's my logic anyway.
