It's a good question but Christians should not be afraid to speak out on this and say that it is nevertheless a secondary issue. God created a certain order and expects those he created to live according to that order. Living outside of that, even if you are very good at it, is 'wrong' according to God's law.

Which then begs the question: Would it be 'wrong' according to God's law if two Gay people who don't practice their homosexuality raise a child together? In other words: Is it God's law that a child be raised by two people of differing gender?
