My 3meg connection's also gone very slow in the last few hours.

1st 128K took 21938 ms = 5975 Bytes/sec = approx 50 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 750 ms = 174763 Bytes/sec = approx 1454 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 6640 ms = 19740 Bytes/sec = approx 164 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 24688 ms = 5309 Bytes/sec = approx 44 kbits/sec
