mine is exactly the same..... i'm going to cancel all my ntl services by the end of the week....
tv (no interactive access, box crashes)
2mb broadband (more like fast dial up)
land line telephone (this is fine, but could they really get this wrong ?)
cancellation will impove me blood pressure !!!
