I 'Upgraded' on April 6th to a Samsung box after CS told me i would need a new STB. Box worked the telly right away, the internet is another story. After calling CS about a million times and getting different problems from them m internet was finally switched back on but not until 18th April. not bad 12 days to throw a switch (i may have to apply for a job) hey but now i'm flying at 2meg

All the good words i had to say about customer services have now gone, to be replaced by malice and anger. Come on NTL get your finger out plz.
