cable forum is known to all service providers, i'm not aware if they respond to notes placed on but all are read by each company
NTL certainly know about Cableforum and its predecessors but have failed up to now to take advantage of the opportunities and feedback provided. I have suggested a similar system to Simon Duffy in the past and he told me he would consider it but nothing doing yet other than the meeting with Mick and Simon which could eventually lead to something similar.
