The ports are 1966 and 1967 (not standard ports, I know, but they work for other NTL users that I support via Radmin )
Good point re: the external IP address. I could not get it from the Netgear status page, so I used
www.whatismyip.com - but I guess that would just give me the address of the web proxy ... ?
