Anyway, back to the topic, I think this chap, mainly because he killed someone should spend a long time in jail. I feel we have a duty to try and rehabilitate him into a productive member of society. although the fact that he's an illegal immigrant colours my view on that ... yes, i'm afraid i'm a little tribal in that i don't feel he's 'one of us'. but thats a different issue.
