although not connected to ntl , we are suffering the same where i work , they seem to think that they can ***** on ppl from a great height and believe ppl will just suck it up and carry on

, the worm is starting to turn now though and we had 6 or maybe 7 good ppl leave to go elsewhere and it is really starting to hurt everyone that is left
