Not sure if this is the right place to report proxy problems but:

Problem: Cannot access websites
Sites: www.dnsreport.com and www.dnsstuff.com
Default Proxy: manc-cache-7.server.ntli.net
Working Proxy: renf-cache-6.server.ntli.net
