Hornet, you have already set up a separate thread
here to discuss the advantages of Sky ... could you please try to keep this thread on the topic of how to get your NTL services disconnected.
Sorry to sound so harsh, but if you insist on having two threads with broadly the same topic, it's all going to end in some very messy thread merging.
