Just been trying a few random NTL proxies and I can connect to the site using some of them dbln-cache-1.server.ntli.net being one.

It definitely looks like the host site is picking up proxy IPs and blocking them.

The problem is that if several members try the same proxy which is working at the moment may render it unusable in the future until the host sorts the issue out.
