I'm having some of these problems with certain sites (the yahoo mail site has some probs because of proxies).

Can anyone tell me how to tell the lazy programmers on these sites what they need to do ?
A reference to a help site would ... well help :-)
The best option would be "Stick these 3 lines of code in the site header" or something along those lines.
Tried looking for this info, but without a background in HTML it all seems a bit Greek to me (or Spanish or any other language I dont understand)
If the answer needs a 4 hour lesson then I dont expect anyone to take the time, but if it is easy it could help.
