I'm talking about the speeds that are higher than the speeds NTL offer that's why I said 'NTL busting' speeds
and yes they are only available in small areas.
I live in Manchester fairly close to my local BT exchange and the fastest ADSL I can get is
maybe (further tests required)2mb.....
