best thing to do is what i am going to do turn off ntl go with a better one some other ISP one that know what they are doing
bulldog or uk online are ok which i will be going with one of them very very very soon my ntl speed are crap 56k is faster then my 3mb wate of time ringing them i did and got told loads of bull

bet to leave ntl go else were i am i get slow speed i should be on 3mb getting speeds like err 56k they routers need balacning
