To be fair (to me at least) she deserved it and I was very popular for having took her on (she treated everybody like sh*te - she's the MD now. Of a fast sinking ship mind you) But, even though because of her reputation I didn't need to, I resigned. The change of jobs was what sparked my major episode (off for 6 weeks, five days into my new job. Oops) which then led to me going self employed. Every cloud, as they say.

Sometimes it works to your advantage, my current director has taken a different view since I had a go at him. I dont think he's scared of me, but he now knows I'm no push over but prepared to do more than my share.
I had another guy in work have an outburst, and throw all the paperwork up in the air when I got on his nerves a few weeks ago. I didn't hold it against him, because it was my fault. I was stressed myself and should of just left him to carry on with the task, I was so worked up he blew his top.
He apologised to me, and I said "No, it was my fault" I didn't feel angry towards him, I was actually embarassed because he made me realise how I had been acting!
It was very worrying at one point, I have never been violent to anyone around me. I would however say if someone I didn't like had upset me and got me into one of my moods.....who knows.
