I told my ward manager to do that and then I walked! And then the next day I went to work for the nursing agency that I have been with for a long time! I had been wanting to walk for a while, so when I found out that she would not let me transfer to another hospital I told her where to go, chucked me badge on the floor. And everybody cheered!!! Needless to say she is no long ward manager
