Yes, that's right. I'm on 2MB and I've just run the
ADSL Guide Speed Test and got the following results:
Downstream 1867 Kbps (233.4 KB/sec) 2016 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 189 Kbps (23.6 KB/sec) 204 Kbps (inc. overheads)
