I've had the 2 meg upgrade for a few weeks now - surely my upload speed is way off the mark????

whats the best email address to contact ntl support?
Are you on a Cable modem or set top box?
I remember on my old pace box, the hotter it got the slower my upload got (down to bytes/sec). sitting a fan ontop solved the problem but I wasnt willing to put up with that so I gave them a call to get my box swapped out. They tried to fob me off at first but they gave in quite quickly when I pointed out there was a scorch mark on the top of my TV and that the plastic the box was made of was beggingin to warp on the top of the unit. Next day an eng came round, replaced my box and ive had no trouble since. Though I did change to a samsung box a while back and now my internet connection freezes if I have too many ports open in programs like Azureus, this rareley happenes so I dont considder it a problem.
