The problem is the only people arguing against are the people that do jack **** on the internet except probably come on this forum. It's people like you who are stupid enough to pay £35 a month for a speed of which they'll never get any use. So you download this forum 0.5 seconds faster... the only real winners here are the people so called "abusing" the service who are actually just using broadband for its intended use and you know it...
