thanks for the reply
1. Yes this is a fresh install about 2 weeks old. All checked and A ok
2. Nope - my connection can be basicly idle when i get the problem
3. Sometimes nothing. Other times I can be in a middle of a CS match
4. Yes I get the same issue directly connected to the internet though my gaming machine.
