Hiya all,
For about 2 weeks I have been having connection drop-outs with my connection. I lose all internet connectivity when this happens and the "cable" light on my modem (terayon) goes out for about 3 or 4 seconds before coming back on flashing very fast which then turns back to a solid light. I still dont get internet access for a good 3 or 4 minutes later.
For example when this is happening I can ping
www.bbc.co.uk and get multiple time-outs to the site untill my cable light becomes solid again and all is back to normal (apart from webpages loading very slow)
I have my docsdiag information below but some people have said it to be OK.
I also phoned TS about this issue which they said that it hasn't happend as they can't see anything wrong with my modem and that is must be a problem my end with my system. I don't run a firewall and my connection is though my server using advanced server 2003. I have shared the internet connection across my network. I was also getting this issue when I had the internet directly connected to my Gaming machine. Of course also when this happens and I am in CSS I get major lag because I lose everything.
Any help would be very much appreciated as I have phoned TS twice with this issue and they have not helped me saying its my end
I have also checked all my connections in the house and can't find anything wrong with them.
