http://launch.yahoo.com (found it mentioned on ntlhell and thought I would check it out) quality isn't bad
the fun part is it can stream the video to a DIALUP connection! (though on 1 mbit its a lot higher quality, even though I limit the stream to 300k max so I still have bandwidth to play with lol)
