im not trying to argue with any ntl workers here, i would just like to know if anyone could tell me how to purchase the wrestlemania event. i mean for heavens sake, if there is a way to purchase this event, i dnt think that ntl have done a very good job in telling their customers.

all i ask is if they could redeem themselves by telling me what i should do, and to tell their customers about live WWE events in future

thanx
Just one question springs to mind... how many weeks in advance did you know about Wrestlemania being a PPV event and why did you wait till the last minute to book it? We all realise that it's not nice that there isn't 24/7 support for NTL products but sometimes we customers don't exactly help ourselves
Oh and what does NTL CS staff here need to redeem themselves for? This is an unofficial help forum that they volunteer their time on. It's not their fault that you cannot ring a support line that hasn't been open on Sunday for quite some time.
